1. Deadline for Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to make a return or exchange, you have up to 7 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request it. This period complies with consumer protection regulations and allows us to guarantee a quick and effective process.
2. Conditions for Return
For your return request to be accepted, it is important that the product meets the following requirements:

🔹 Refund to original payment method : It may take 5-10 business days to reflect depending on your bank. 🔹 Store coupon : If you prefer, we can generate a store credit for future purchases. 🔹 Exchange : Subject to availability.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
📦 If the return is due to an error on the part of Normad Express (incorrect or defective product, etc.), we will cover all shipping costs. 📦 If the exchange is due to the customer's choice (incorrect size, model exchange, etc.), shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
7. Products Not Eligible for Return
